How we protect you
Escrow.com holds the money
We deposit the full price with Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service, before you hand anything over. You’re paid by Escrow.com, not by us directly.

A short, clear timeline
Once escrow is funded there’s a 5-day due diligence period, then closing. Most sales finish in 7–10 days.
Your accounts stay yours until closing
We don’t ask for your FMCSA portal, Login.gov or other account access until the closing step, after the money is secured.
We buy the company, legally
MC and USDOT numbers can’t be sold on their own. We buy the company that holds them and file the FMCSA updates after closing.
